Andrew and Danielle
New Mission Systems International - India
Information:

Andrew and Danielle both desired to be missionaries before they came to Ozark Christian College. God drew them together during their time there, and they joined CCO. For almost four years, they taught Sunday school for the three and four year olds. Andrew also served as a Commissioned Stephen’s Minister.

In the spring of 2005, they affiliated with New Mission Systems International (www.nms-intl.com) and graduated from Ozark Christian College. They spent one year support- raising and training before making their launch to Chennai, India in May of 2006.

Andrew, Danielle, and their teammates, Jason and Karyn, are working under OCC’s adjunct professor Leonard Thompson. Their long-range goal is to reach upper-caste Hindus and then disciple those believers to plant churches among this often-neglected people group.

During the first term, their goal is to study the Tamil language and culture, in order to be able to easily communicate with Tamil-speaking Hindus. Andrew has also begun attending Sri Ramachandra Medical College in order to obtain a degree in nursing. This will allow him to reach out to upper-caste students, and in the future he can use his degree to get a business visa.

Please keep Andrew and Danielle in your prayers as they adjust to life in India. Ask God to prepare upper-caste Hindus for the Gospel in order to release this country from its current spiritual darkness.
