What is the Encounter Weekend?
This is a weekend to connect with other men, and to see where we are in our walk with Christ. Over the weekend we will look at fourteen areas of our lives, and discover how God wants to use us. We will learn through testimonies, teachings, worshiping together, and celebrating Jesus!
What is Pre-Encounter?
Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 15 & Thursday, April 22 at 6:30 p.m. for the Pre-Encounter you will hear testimonies and teaching that will help prepare you to "Encounter the Cross" at the Encounter. This is vital for the success of your encounter. If you cannot be there, please contact Adam Scutti before Wednesday, August 12 at 417-673-3945 ext.158.
When do we leave?
We will be leaving Friday, April 23 at 6:00 pm from Christ's Church of Oronogo.
When do we return?
We return to Christ's Church of Oronogo Sunday, April 25 at 4:00 pm.
The Encounter Weekend is at Camp Barnabas in Purdy, Missouri.
What is the cost to go to the Encounter Weekend?
The cost is $100.00.
What is included in the cost?
When you pay your registration it covers the cost of your transportation, housing, meals and all materials that you need for the Encounter Weekend.
What do I need to bring?
When attending the Encounter weekend you will need to bring the following items: sleeping bag, pillow, toiletries, towels, flashlight, clothes for 2 days and a Bible.
